Gives stronger hook-ups to prevent bowing and saves time searching and fitting smaller lengths of tubing to get the correct span on long hook-ups.  Use with lock pins and other tubing for quick adjustment.  Center plugs adds support.  Breaks down to two 18" pieces for storage in metal tool box.
